Dearborn Hams have been smoked and slow cooked for up to 24 hours. Unlike hams you may have waited in line for, Dearborn Hams have no water added. They are spiral sliced and include a glaze pack. A whole ham averages 12 - 16 pounds and serves between 24 and 30 people.
NOTE -- IMPORTANT -- Hams are NEVER an exact weight (obviously, since pigs are all different sizes). You can order a small or a large whole ham but we can NEVER guarantee an exact weight. The $55.00 will hold a ham for you. You will be charged the balance at $4.95/ lb when you come to pick up your ham on the date you indicate below.
