Our St. Louis Style Ribs are cut from the spare ribs and the brisket bones are removed from the bottom of the rib rack.  These ribs are slow cooked over low heat to assure that "fall-off-the-bone" goodness you have come to expect and minimally seasoned with only salt and pepper.  That way you can add your own favorite sauce. 
 
Our HEAT & SERVE Pre-Cooked Ribs come 2 slabs to a cryovac and each slab is about 2 lbs.  Best ribs you'll ever have and ready in about 20 minutes.  Minimum order is 2 slabs (one cryovac or approximately 4 lbs) and they are 4.95/ lb. Must be ordered in cryovac portions (2 slabs).
NOTE --  IMPORTANT --  Prepared meats are NEVER an exact weight (obviously, since animals are all different sizes).  The $15 will hold your ribs for you.  You will be charged the balance at $4.95/ lb when you come to pick up your order
