Olof's Daughter (aka Elise Jansson Holtier) is a licensed home bakery, located in historic Olmsted Falls, Ohio. Drawing on the classic traditions of Europe, my goal is to provide high-quality products that are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious to eat.

I believe that if you are going to eat dessert, it might as well be something really good, or why waste the calories? With that in mind, I strive to use the best possible ingredients, including fresh, locally -produced free range eggs, unsalted European-style butter (no hydrogenated fats), high-quality European chocolates and local seasonal produce whenever possible. I am always looking for different (especially heirloom) varieties of fruits and vegetables, as they add interest to the flavor and appearance of my products.
