Seballos Pastries…where pastry chefs actually “crack the eggs”!

     Ron Seballos, owner of Seballos Pastries, is a self-taught pastry chef who has been providing high end desserts to large venues such as Jacobs Field, Severance Hall and the Botanical Gardens, as well as to mid-to-high end restaurants since 1999. Ron himself was pastry chef at Giovanni’s and Piccolo Mondo where he became known for wonderful cheesecakes, tiramisu and specialty desserts. 

Now, at Carriage House Bakery & Market, you can enjoy his desserts in your own home.   If you are looking for a special dessert for a party or for a special family event, you can place an order through us. Seballos Pastries selects the highest quality ingredients and is one of the few remaining “scratch bakeries” in town.   Some of Ron’s seasonal specialties include caramel apples, cut out cookies for Christmas, a “birthday cake in a bag”. 

     Besides being known for his high end desserts, Ron Seballos and his wife Julie are the proud parents of four children. Julie provides the support staff for the business, ranging from encouragement to distribution and accounting. A few of his children have also helped out in the office and in the bakery. If they have half of the creativity that their Dad has, the business will be growing for generations to come!
