The staff of Carriage House has been looking for someone who could make vegan and gluten free products that actually tasted good.  Our criteria was that we wanted everyone to buy our vegan and gluten free products because they tasted great!

At Sugar 'N Spice, baker Kim Scribner, creates baked goods for people who have sensitivities to common ingredients.  It all started with her own allergies and a desire to make alternatives that tasted great but also allowed her to stay well.   Kim says, "I always strive to make treats so good that no one would suspect them of being vegan or gluten free."
